There are 5 different brushing modes on the CariPRO toothbrush which helps remove up to 7x more plaque than a manual toothbrush. My favorite one has to be the Sensitive, but they are all great! My teeth have never felt cleaner. This might sounds shocking to you, but I never actually had an electric tooth brush before.
